Intense bouquet of blackcurrant bud and raspberry aromas combined to peppery hints best describe this concentrated and savoury red. Enjoy this wine at room temperature, with lamb shank tagine or Ratatouille. A small part of the crop goes through the process of thermovinification to rapidly extract all the colour, aromas and tannins. The other part follows a traditional wine making process, the wine is blended by our experts then the blend is matured in vats for 5 months before bottling.
