About the service

Brew Who is a discovery platform for independent UK craft alcohol producers — breweries, distilleries, wineries, and cideries. We provide producer profiles, product listings, a news feed, and subscriber offers. By using Brew Who you agree to these terms.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Brew Who is not intended for use by anyone under the legal drinking age in their country of residence.

Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • You may delete your account at any time from your account page.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Producer accounts

If you claim a producer profile on Brew Who, you confirm that you are an authorised representative of that business. By posting content (news updates, offers, product listings) you grant Brew Who a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the platform. You retain ownership of the content you create.

We reserve the right to remove content that is misleading, unlawful, or otherwise violates these terms.

Acceptable use

You must not use Brew Who to:

  • Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
  • Impersonate a business or individual you do not represent.
  • Scrape, copy, or republish platform data without our permission.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users.

Our content

The Brew Who name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property. Producer profiles, product images, and descriptions are sourced from producers or publicly available information — if you represent a producer and wish to correct or remove your listing, contact us at hello@brewwho.co.uk.

Disclaimers

Brew Who is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of producer listings, product information, or availability. Links to third-party websites (producer shops, retailers) are provided for convenience — we are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
