My venue isn't listed — how do I get added?
Create a free account and visit the claim page. If we don't have your venue, use the 'My venue isn't listed' option and we'll add it manually, usually within a business day.
How long does claim approval take?
We aim to approve claims within 24 hours. You'll receive an email as soon as it's done.
Can multiple people manage one venue?
Yes — once your claim is approved, contact us to add additional team members to your venue.
Will my drinks be scraped automatically?
If your shop runs on Shopify, we can scrape your products automatically. Other platforms can be added on request.
