This is a smooth, easy drinking Pilsner-style lager, hybridising a classic German malt profile and method with new American “Neo-Noble” hop varietals. This gives a bready, clean malt backbone and a floral, zesty hop character. Solas has been left unfiltered to allow the ingredients to really shine so may pour with a slight natural haze. Prost!
