Oak - Oaked Bitter (Collaboration with the Rake)

Brewed to celebrate the 20th birthday of the London craft beer insititution that is The Rake. Beautiful aromas of toasted oak, vanilla, marshmallow and woody spice blend seamlessly with the caramel and toffee notes of crystal malt. This sweet, woody and malty pairing carry over onto the palate, where a touch of tannin provides some structure, balancing the sweet malt notes with the hoppy bitterness.
