The Brewery Dug is our famous British IPA. British hops are very different to your standard German or American hops due to the unfortunate fact that we don't get nearly as much sunlight! This means are British IPA has it's own unique grapefruit flavour. It tends to go down well with classic American style IPA drinkers who enjoy the intense bitterness, but also surprisingly well with non-IPA drinkers as it lacks the distinct strong nasal and floral impression that isn't to everyone's taste.
