Bramble 2024 - 5%

Bramble 2024, our third vintage of this beer, is a blend of barrel aged beer with an average age of 18 months, aged for nine months on carbonically macerated British blackberries. This vintage leans more into the wine character of the humble blackberry. You'll find tart hedgerow fruit funk backed up with black pepper and soft cinnamon which is bolstered by the vanilla character added from the oak ageing. Full structure and jammy notes linger on the delightfully playful finish. Bottling Date: 01/
