Kölsch? (X Sureshot) - 5%

We took a Kölsch that started life at Sureshot and transferred it into barrel along with our house culture. A couple of years later and the wild microbes have brought new life to this beer. Dry hopped with aged Hallertau Blanc, it's a funky take on this German style. The first thing you notice is the bright hoppy aroma, filled with floral spice, lemon and pear. The fruitiness continues on the palate with nectarine and sharp plum melding with an earthy funk and soft vanilla of the oak barrel. Sup
