Ballindalloch Distillery opened in 2014 on the famous Ballindalloch Estate in Speyside, embracing a farm-to-bottle ethos almost unique in Scottish whisky: all barley is grown on the estate, malted locally and distilled on-site, giving the spirit a genuine sense of place. The distillery produces a characterful single malt using traditional techniques rarely seen in the modern industry.
