
POST MORTEM: BRAMBLE BARREL AGED WILD ALE 750ml – 5.5% Taking inspiration from the Belgian oude geuze and lambics that we love, this refreshing, funky wild ale was produced using a turbid wort or barley and unmalted wheat before extensive aging in ex-Pinot Noir wine barrels for 3 yrs before a final aging on Scottish blackberries for 6 months.
