A West Coast Pilsner. We’ve teamed up with the Craft Beer Channel and Yakima Chief hops to brew a showcase of one of the world’s most divisive hops, Talus! This beer has been single hopped with this incredibly recognisable hop, and it shows! We’ve brewed a really crisp, assertively bitter Pilsner and hopped it with Talus in the whirlpool and a dry-hop charge of 7g/L. Expect huge red grapefruit, orange peel and Woolworths pick-n-mix, all while being dry and ultra crispy.
