Ship’s Cat’s possibly overstepping the acceptable by quite some distance. Brewed in the tiny tank, and ludicrously strong, bitter and hoppy. Not brewed with any commercially sensible decisions. Hopped with Columbus in the hot side and Mosaic and Limequat at dry-hop. Total hop volumes of 42g/L. Drink with caution, and certainly not for everyone!
