
The first release of our barrel project. We fermented and aged this beer in American oak barrels using a blend of lactobacillus and brettanomyces. The results are delicate yet complex. Dry & acidic with rustic aromatics. Layers of tart green apple, lemon zest and earthy undertones. Sold as 1 x 750ml Bottle Allergens: Malted Barley (Gluten)
