Loughran Brewers Select have supplied our hops and malt for years, and last years collab; Field & Tide Dry-Hopped Saison went down a treat, so this year it was a no-brainer. On brew day, Josh from their sales team swapped the order book for the mash tun and got stuck in. The rye brings the backbone: a bit of spice, a bit of bite, and a smooth, slightly dry finish that keeps it from getting sweet or sticky. On top sit three hops we couldn’t leave alone. Columbus gives it a resinous, dank punch. S
