Taking cues from Belgian Kriek beer this is a dry, tart, sparkling cider made from hand-picked apples and sour Morello cherries grown and co-fermented at Blackmoor Estate. Unfiltered and unpasteurised. Bottle conditioned for a sparking fizz.
