Blindmans Brewery has been producing award-winning craft ales in a converted milking parlour at Talbot Farm near Frome since 2002. The brewery draws water from a natural Mendip Hills spring beneath the farm, crafting its core range — including Golden Spring, Mine Beer and Icarus — in bottle, can, mini cask and bag-in-box formats.
