Bluntrock Brewery (listed here as Bluntock) is a Cornish craft brewery founded in 2021 in converted shipping containers at St Minver, near Rock in North Cornwall, by co-founders George and Hugo. Rebranding from Lowlands Brewing in 2022, the brewery expanded to a new 15-hectolitre site in 2024 and has become the first Cornish brewery to install carbon capture technology. The range spans session pales and DIPAs to fruited sours, all vegan, served at the on-site Pityme taproom alongside street food events.
