Briarbank Brewing Company was established in May 2013 in a converted bank on Fore Street beside the Ipswich waterfront, operating a two-barrel plant with a first-floor tap bar serving its full range. The brewery produces a core collection of ales, stouts, mild and lager alongside seasonal specials, winning multiple SIBA Independent Keg Beer Awards including two national golds in 2022; beers are available in the bar, in bottles and 5-litre mini kegs online.
