Brimstage Brewery is an award-winning independent craft brewery on the Wirral Peninsula, Merseyside, founded in 2009 in the historic Brimstage farm complex near Heswall. Producing a range of cask ales including the flagship Trapper's Hat and Rhode Island Red, the brewery draws on the character of the Wirral countryside and supplies pubs across Merseyside and Cheshire, with beers available directly from the farm.
