Our Gin is based on a neutral spirit made with the finest wheat, the same grain that we used to give our beers a lovely ‘head’ that travels down the glass with every sip. Our Gin is infused and encouraged with Juniper, hints of Coriander seed, Angelica and Lemon Zest for a cool citrus finish.
