Cheddar Ales is an award-winning independent artisan brewery founded in 2006 in the village of Cheddar, Somerset, by head brewer Jem Ham. The brewery produces a permanent range of cask ales — including Gorge Best, Potholer and Totty Pot — that reflect the dramatic limestone landscape of the Mendips, alongside seasonal specials, all available in local pubs and direct from the brewery.
