Cases Produced: 395 Cases Available: 85 (Oct 25) This is the latest release of our highly successful Classic Cuvée Brut, in a limited production run of just 395 cases. This new release is made from grapes from the excellent 2019 and 2020 vintages. Made from a blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir, secondary fermentation in bottle followed by a massive 48 months gaining complexity on lees. The wine therefore benefits from some extensive bottle age and is at its peak. Stock up before it goes!
