About

Crouch Ridge Vineyard is a 10-acre boutique estate in Althorne, Essex, planted in 2010 on gentle south-facing slopes overlooking the River Crouch. Growing Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris in the clay-rich Crouch Valley soils, the vineyard produces award-winning still and sparkling single-estate wines, with a Wine Barn and tasting room open at weekends for tours, tastings, afternoon tea and private dining experiences.
