Dancing Man Brewery is an independent craft brewery and bar based in the beautifully restored medieval Wool House on Southampton's Town Quay, founded in 2013. Producing a range of craft ales and seasonal specials inspired by Southampton's rich maritime heritage — including the flagship Pilgrim session ale and Dancing Man porter — the brewery has become one of Hampshire's most distinctive craft beer destinations.
