Driftwood Spars Brewery is an independent craft brewery based at the historic Driftwood Spars pub in St Agnes on the north Cornish coast, founded in 2000. Producing a range of award-winning Cornish ales — including Blue Hills Bitter, Badlands IPA and the strong Montol winter ale — the brewery draws on the wild character of the Cornish coastline for its inspiration and distributes to pubs across Cornwall and beyond.
