Isaac Blanc de Blancs Vintage 2015 Barrel-aged Before Bottling – or the ‘BBB’ – is our next winemaking innovation. Sourced exclusively from the estate’s oldest Chardonnay vines during the 2015 vintage, the BBB was fermented, kept and stirred in barrels over three years to better understand the effect that longer oak ageing would have on English sparkling wine.
