Floc. is an independent craft brewery producing a carefully curated range of modern craft beers with a focus on natural ingredients and clean fermentation. The brewery's name reflects its ethos of allowing beer to develop naturally — 'flocculation' being the process by which yeast naturally clumps and settles — with a range spanning hoppy pales to mixed-fermentation styles.
