Flying Monk Brewery is an independent craft brewery founded in 2013 in Malmesbury, Wiltshire, named after the 11th-century monk Eilmer of Malmesbury who famously attempted to fly from the abbey tower. Producing a range of traditional and contemporary cask ales — including Elmers and Habit — the brewery draws on the rich history of this ancient Saxon town and distributes to pubs across Wiltshire and the South West.
