Freedom Brewery is an independent craft brewery founded in London in 1995 and now based in Abbots Bromley, Staffordshire, producing a pioneering range of craft lagers using traditional German brewing techniques. One of the UK's first craft lager breweries, Freedom produces its Freedom Lager, 4% and organic lager variants using only natural ingredients and extended lagering, supplying pubs and retailers across the UK.
