In Bloom is our 8% Hazy DIPA, hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic and Citra. Soft and juicy, with white grape and gooseberry from the Nelson, followed by ripe tropical fruit and bright citrus. Big hop character, but with a smooth finish.
