Hitchcox Cider is a traditional Herefordshire cider producer making small-batch real cider from heritage apple varieties grown in the orchards of the Marches. Using traditional methods — slow fermentation, no added concentrates or artificial sweeteners — the cidery produces dry and medium farmhouse ciders that reflect the rich orcharding heritage of the Herefordshire countryside.
