Innis & Gunn is an Edinburgh craft brewery founded in 2003 by Dougal Sharp, initially when a batch of Scotch whisky was found to have been greatly improved by beer-soaked barrels. The brewery now produces barrel-aged ales, craft lagers and seasonal specials — including the flagship Original, Lager Beer and Blood Red Sky — distributed internationally across 30 countries.
