Isle of Wight Distillery is an independent craft distillery founded in 2015 in Pondwell near Ryde, the first distillery on the Isle of Wight. Producing the award-winning Mermaid Gin — crafted with locally foraged rock samphire, sea purslane and Boadicea hops — alongside Mermaid Salt Vodka and Pink Gin, the distillery has gained international recognition and strong sustainability credentials.
