JoJo’s Still white wine – Bacchus / Seyval – 2022 This wine opens with a slight flinty reduction which supports a highly aromatic nose. Notes of apple blossom, elderflower and ripe pear. Palate showing great weight with a mango led tropical profile. This is a nice juxtaposition to the fresh cut grass profile that runs through this wine. The acidity is well integrated and carries the wine nicely with a long finish. There was no filtration of this wine, so it may throw a small deposit, which just adds to it.
