Joseph Holt Brewery is an independent Manchester family brewery founded in 1849 by Joseph Holt, one of the last great traditional independent breweries in the North West. Producing a range of traditional cask ales — including the famous Bitter, Mild and IPA — at strikingly keen prices, Holt's is celebrated for exceptional value and consistent quality, operating a large estate of traditional pubs across Greater Manchester.
