Kanpai London is the UK's first sake brewery — a craft sake producer founded in 2016 by Tom and Lucy Wilson in Peckham, South London. Brewing a range of craft sake styles including junmai, namazake and nigori using Japanese rice, koji and natural spring water, Kanpai has pioneered the art of British-brewed sake and played a central role in establishing sake culture in the UK, supplying to Japanese restaurants, bars and direct to consumers.
