Kirkstall Brewery is an independent Leeds craft brewery reviving the brewing heritage of Kirkstall Priory, where monks brewed since 1152, refounded in 2011 at the original Kirkstall Brewery site. Producing a acclaimed range of craft beers — including Pale Ale, Dissolution IPA and Three Swords — Kirkstall has won multiple SIBA awards and distributes across Yorkshire and nationally, operating a popular taproom at its Victorian Leeds brewery.
