ABV 5.5% In the return leg in Green Cheek’s 'Ghost Writer' series, we have brewed one of their wonderful West Coast Pils’ in our humble Brewpub. Showcasing Mosaic, Simcoe, Citra and with bucket loads of Strata, we’re getting Cali vibes - dank dripping hops and a crisp backbone, thanks to German Pils and Spelt malts.
