About
Little Earth Project is an award-winning independent wild ale brewery and cidery founded in 2019 in Earl Soham, Suffolk, producing spontaneous, mixed-fermentation and natural beers and ciders. Using a coolship, oak barrels and locally foraged ingredients alongside estate-grown fruit, founders Tom and Polly craft some of the UK's most celebrated and complex wild ales, fruit fermentations and pet-nat ciders — winning international recognition at the Mead Madness Cup, CAMRA and specialist beer competitions.
