McMullen's Brewery, also known as Mac's, is a historic family-owned brewery based in Hertford, Hertfordshire. Established in 1827, it boasts a long tradition of brewing classic British ales and operating a large estate of pubs across the South East of England. While deeply rooted in tradition, they continue to innovate with new beers alongside their well-loved core range.
