Bacchus

750 ml 6.0% ABV Bacchus was made from a single barrel of two year old spontaneously fermented pale beer. We chose the barrel to compliment both the aromatics and structure we would obtain from Bacchus grapes. The beer was added to 300 g/l of grape marc, picked and pressed just hours earlier by Woodchester Valley Vineyard. The resulting beer was bottled Pét Nat style.
