4.6% ABV 6x 750 ml Bière de Coupage is a blend of young and old spontaneously fermented beers. Our first release trying to capture the distinct qualities of young and well aged barrels. The young beer was brewed in October 2025 with floor malted Pilsner malt, wheat and whole-leaf hops fresh from the 2025 harvest. It brought a bright, fresh character of both the hops and grain.
