750 ml 8.2% ABV Fresh Hop was made from a high gravity pale wort. Fermentation took place in a single large barrel previously used to make Herefordshire cider. On Thursday 17th September 2026, fresh UK grown Cascade was picked less than an hour from the brewery. The beer was blended onto the hops, before bottling the following day.
