75 cl 7.2% ABV Beer Details:Okay is a honey beer. It was made from a rich rye beer produced in May 2024. Spontaneous fermentation took place in old red Bordeaux barrels for a little over two years. We look to find barrels which already provide a suggestion of honey. A combination of malty/floral aromatics, as well as enough body and perceived sweetness to aid the idea of honey.
