The 2022 vintage produced a Sauvignon Blanc of distinct quality and personality. Some fermentation in neutral oak has been used intelligently here to support the superb quality of the fruit, giving a rich, ripe wine whilst allowing Sauvignon Blanc’s naturally aromatic profile to shine through. 13%
