80 Shilling

This is our take on the classic Scottish style, 80 Shilling Ale. Brewed with a base of the heritage barley variety, Chevalier, with a blend of crystal and roasted malts, and hopped with Admiral hops to create a rich yet easy-drinking beer with notes of dried fruit, hazelnut and burnt caramel.
