Nyetimber is England's most celebrated and pioneering sparkling wine estate, founded in 1988 by American couple Sandy and Stuart Moss who planted the first Champagne varieties in West Sussex — some of the first commercial plantings in England. Producing traditional method sparkling wines exclusively from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, Nyetimber's Classic Cuvee, Blanc de Blancs and Demi-Sec have won over 100 international medals and are the benchmark for English sparkling wine quality.
