The Old Cannon Brewery is an independent brewpub in the heart of Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, founded in 1999 in a former Victorian pub that once housed the town's own brewery. Producing a range of traditional and contemporary ales — including Best Bitter, Gunner's Daughter and Powder Monkey — from its spectacular pub brewery where the copper brewing vessels form part of the bar decor, Old Cannon is a beloved Bury St Edmunds institution.
