Once Upon A Tree is an award-winning Herefordshire cider and perry producer founded by Simon Day near Putley, pressing heritage apple and perry pear varieties from old orchard trees into naturally fermented pure-juice ciders and perries. Using traditional methods with minimal intervention, Once Upon A Tree produces a range of still and sparkling expressions that have won multiple Great Taste and CAMRA awards, becoming one of Herefordshire's most celebrated artisan producers.
