Batch #001 Distilled in Padstow. May, 2026 This began as an experiment to create a vodka with a distinctive fruit character. Drawing on some excellent Polish still design and the same philosophy behind our Heart of Hearts spirit, I made an additional cut during distillation, retaining only the softest part of the spirit.
